MCS Names Todd Luckey AVP OperationsExecutive to help guide development of new products, services
TAMPA, Fla., Dec 14, 2009 - Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a property preservation and inspection services provider to the mortgage industry, announced that Todd Luckey has joined the company as assistant vice president of operations. Working out of the Dallas office, Luckey will help direct the development of new business offerings for the company's growing and diversifying customer base.
Luckey brings to MCS an extensive background of working with REO as well as with efforts in loss mitigation. He was director of primary REO servicing for GMAC Mortgage, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC LLC, prior to joining MCS. During his more than 10-year tenure with the company, Luckey held various positions in its REO division. Before GMAC, Luckey was a founding partner of New England Workout Group LLC, a loss mitigation outsourcing company. He currently is an active member of REOMAC®.
