MCS Hires Michele Struckman and Tracy HagerFormer executives bring expertise to property preservation firm
TAMPA, Fla., Feb 24, 2009 - Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a provider of property preservation and inspection services to the mortgage industry, has named Michele Struckman as assistant vice president of Tampa operations and Tracy Hager vice president of the company's Dallas operations. Struckman and Hager join MCS with more than three decades of combined experience in the financial services industry.
As Assistant Vice President of Operations, Struckman is responsible for creating and implementing property preservation strategies, as well as leading operations for one of the company's largest servicing clients. With extensive banking and mortgage experience, Struckman was most recently with Countrywide Home Loans, where during her tenure, she worked as a foreclosure manager. In that role, she led a team of 25 in managing all aspects of the foreclosure process, in addition to ensuring compliance and FHA deadlines were met.
With more than 15 years of industry expertise, in her position as Vice President, Hager leads operations for the company's Dallas office, providing leadership through the day-to-day account team. Prior to joining MCS, Hager worked as vice president at First American Field Services. During her time at First American, Hager's primary focus was client relations, from account management to compliance and client services. According to Caroline Reaves, president and COO of MCS, adding Hager was strategic, as she has tremendous experience in key areas, such as loss mitigation, property preservation, REO and asset management.
