MCS Announces Key PromotionsTodd Luckey, vice president of REO operations; Megan Stinnett, vice president of inspection operations; and Chad Mosley, vice president of business development
TAMPA, Fla., Jan 04, 2011 - Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections and REO property maintenance to the financial services industry, announced today the promotions of Todd Luckey to vice president of REO operations and Megan Stinnett to vice president of inspection operations, as well as the hire of Chad Mosley as vice president of business development.
Luckey, most recently assistant vice president of operations at MCS, will have an impact on both business development and operational activities while also providing day-to-day leadership for multiple REO account teams. He joined MCS in 2009 with 20 years of mortgage servicing industry experience, working primarily with REO and loss mitigation. Prior to MCS, Luckey spent 10 years at GMAC Mortgage where he was director of REO primary servicing.
Stinnett has been with MCS for four years, previously as assistant vice president. In her new position, she will manage MCS' inspection portfolio for all clients as well as a portion of the REO operations. Prior to her promotion, Stinnett launched and facilitated new functional work groups as a result of rapid company growth, and was also responsible for the construction of new customer on-boarding, customized procedural documentation and contractual adherence. Stinnett was recognized in 2010 as a CMBA Future Leader.

Rejoining the MCS team is Chad Mosley, who has more than eight years in the industry managing all sides of the mortgage process from originations to the disposition of REO properties. As vice president of business development, Mosley will be responsible for the company's sales efforts as well as customer relationship maintenance and retention. Mosley joined MCS in 2008 as an assistant vice president of business development and later became vice president of operations. Prior to joining MCS, he held several positions at Countrywide Home Loans.
